At SWISS FX you can pay with credit cards from the following providers:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
Thanks to SSL encryption, your data is transferred with the highest security standards. Payment is received immediately, and your order is processed directly.
Payments made with SWISS FX will appear on your credit card statement as "SwissFX493056838065".
Bank Transfer
Simply pay your order by standard bank transfer to the following account:

Please note:
If you pay in advance, the goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment. This can take up to 2 working days, depending on your bank.
Your ordered goods will be reserved for you for 14 days. If no payment is received after this period, the order will be cancelled.

Change of payment method
You can change your preferred payment method at any time under My Account > Payment Methods. This way, it will be automatically available the next time you log in.

The shipment is carried out by DHL

As soon as your order is in transit, you will receive a shipment confirmation to the e-mail address stored in your customer account. You can then access your shipment tracking number in your customer account.
For delivery within United Kingdom we charge a flat rate of GBP 3.95 per order. From an order value of 25 GBP, we deliver for free in the UK.
For deliveries to Switzerland and other EU countries, shipping costs of 9.95 EUR apply for an order value of less than 99 EUR. Delivery is free of shipping costs for an order value of more than 99 EUR.
If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we will ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age by using a reliable procedure involving a personal identity and age check. The delivery person will only hand over the goods after the age check has been carried out and only to the customer in person.
Delivery time
Ready for immediate dispatch, delivery time 1-3 working days. In addition, the delivery time for the respective product is shown on the product pages. The delivery period begins at the time of receipt of payment (except for purchase on account and cash on delivery).

During delivery
If the parcel carrier is unable to deliver the item, it will be stored at the nearest Post Office outlet for up to 7 days. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned. According to DHL, collection is only possible by the recipient - no power of attorney.
